Teamviewer Server Enterprise เป็นโปรแกรมสำหรับการใช้ในการเชื่อมต่อคอมพิวเตอร์จากระยะไกลตัวหนึ่งที่น่าสนใจ เนื่องจากมีฟีเจอร์ที่ดีและมีระบบความปลอดภัยที่น่าเชื่อถือ ขนาดโปรแกรมไม่ใหญ่มาก โดย TeamViewer เป็นโปรแกรม Remote Desktop แบบ One-Stop กล่าวคือ นอกจากใช้งานในแบบ Remote Support ได้แล้ว ยังสามารถใช้งานในลักษณะ Remote presentation และ Remote administration ได้อีกด้วย ที่สำคัญอีกอย่างคือสามารถใช้งานผ่านทางอินเทอร์เน็ตโดยที่ไม่ต้องทำการ Config ไฟร์วอลล์ใหม่อีกด้วยครับ ซึ่งการทำงานของโปรแกรมนี้ก็ง่ายๆ ด้วยการ Remote ไปยัง Client หรือเครื่องที่ Online โดยผ่าน Server หลังที่เป็น Pools โดยเมื่อ helpdesk เปิดโปรแกรม Admin ขึ้นมา มันจะเข้าไปที่ Server ของ Teamviewer และเมื่อ Client เปิด ตัวโปรแกรมมันก็จะเข้าไปที่ Server ของ Teamviewer ID ก็คือ IP เครื่องของเรา ในส่วนของ Password ถ้าเราปิดโปรแกรมแล้วเปิดใหม่โปรแกรมจะทำการ re-password ให้ทุกครั้งนะครับ ไม่ต้องกลัวว่าใครจะมาเข้าเครื่องเราอีก ทั้งนี้ Helpdesk ต้องทราบ ID และ รหัสผ่าน ของ Client ที่จะเข้าไป Support ด้วย
